The library
A free library, run by students, at the Mosalla
Al-Maktabah is the lending collection of Muslimsk Studentsamfunn, the society for Muslim students at the University of Oslo. The shelf lives in the Mosalla in Frederikke, opens every Friday after Jumu'ah, and borrowing is free.
The collection is deliberately mixed: Quran with translation and tajweed, the seerah at three different lengths, hadith with commentary, history — and beside them books on character, discipline and productivity, because student life asks for both deen and dunya.
